See detailsNicolson Square Edinburgh is a conference and events venue located in the centre of the beautiful historic, capital city of Edinburgh. The venue is housed in the City of Edinburgh’s Methodist Church buildings where it was first inaugurated as a public meeting space for the Methodist church in 1815. Today the Chapel is a category A listed building.
Nicolson Square Venue (NSE) is a new name and brand that forms a part of the Central Hall Venues group who successfully support and manage events venues in other parts of the UK.
Nicolson Square has over five flexible event spaces capable of holding events for up to 250 people. The venue sits within two buildings on site, the Main building, where the Great Hall is located with high ceilings, a viewing balcony and an impressive organ.
The Epworth Hall which was constructed in 1916 to commemorate the centenary year of the Methodist Church, is adjacent to the main building and holds the other meeting rooms. Both buildings are interlinked by a connecting corridor allowing seamless use of the entire building and its flexible meeting space.
