Three Summer Spaces that Need Your Support

Publish Date :22 Jun,2021 - 5:46 AM

The summer event season is almost upon us, but this year London’s spaces need your support more than ever. The capital is full of brilliant event spaces, many of which are ready and waiting to be discovered. Choose from an incredible range of forgotten spaces and start planning your next live event for the upcoming events boom. Here are just a few of the most popular summer spaces we’re booking right now.

City Summer House

Brick Lane is home to many an impressive event space, but it doesn’t get much better than the famous City Summer House. The venue has been designed to offer a festival-like experience, in the heart of one of London’s most exciting areas. And with so many summer festivals off the cards this year, there’s no better place to bring the magic of the festival season back to your attendees.
City Summer House comes complete with plenty of indoor space (because we still can’t really trust the British weather!), as well as secret outdoor areas where guests can soak up the sunshine. In terms of style, it’s true to its surroundings, with exposed brickwork, rustic industrial furnishings and a chic, contemporary look. Inside, there’s a newly constructed mezzanine, themed bars, picnic benches and atmospheric glowing lanterns.
It’s all about the versatility at City Summer House. This is a space that you can really make your own. Use the space for a summer party, theme it for a product launch, take it to the next level with a summer conference or transform it into the ultimate venue for a huge BBQ. The sky’s the limit.

Shoreditch Gardens

The beautiful Shoreditch Gardens are back by popular demand for the 2021 events season. This outdoor space is ideal for Covid-safe celebrations, with plenty of room for guests to celebrate on the lawns of this picture perfect outside space.
The gardens themselves belong to the Museum of the Home. Following a huge refurbishment project, the gardens have been opened to the public and can now be booked for private and corporate events. There are also several bright and airy indoor spaces which are available to hire along with the lawns, so you can offer your guests the best of both worlds.
Socially distanced event planning is a breeze at this expansive London space, no matter what the weather chooses to do on the day! There are also fully inclusive party packages on offer, or you could choose to create your own bespoke event with the help of our team of professionals.
We recommend Shoreditch Gardens for a range of summer celebrations, from family fun days designed to bring people back together after a challenging year, to private summer soirees to thank staff for their tireless work over the last 12 months.
Shoreditch Gardens can accommodate up to 800 guests. If it sounds like the perfect space for your next event, get in touch with our team. We’ll give you all the information you need, and we can even organise a tour for you.

The Quayside at Tobacco Dock

Tobacco Dock is of course one of London’s best known event spaces, but did you know that the building is home to a huge number of smaller, lesser known spaces that can be booked individually? The Quayside Breakouts are a prime example, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough this summer.
Head to Tobacco Dock and you’ll find five individual breakout spaces, known as the Quayside Breakouts. Every one of these spaces packs a punch with plenty of natural light and beautiful views over the cobbled walkway of the dock. It’s one of the building’s most impressive areas, and that’s largely thanks to the standout original features and characterful looks of the five spaces.
The Quayside Breakouts all have exposed beams and brickwork, with vast windows bringing the outside in. All audiovisual equipment is on site, from conference audio to audience and stage lighting.
If you’re looking for a summer space that makes a real impact, there’s no better place to book. These venues are ideal for events for up to 300 guests, but they can also be used for more intimate summer celebrations for up to 40. What’s more, this summer Tobacco Dock’s famous rooftop bar Skylight has teamed up with KERB to create a weekend summer activation on the cobbles with award-winning mixology and exciting street food.
